When your business line is forwarded to your HireAnswerCrew receptionist, it answers the call, collects the caller's details, and can text you a summary and lead alert right away. Those are the only texts we send: they go only to the business owner who opts in below, and only about calls to that owner's own business. Your callers are never texted by this program.
